High purity molybdenum trioxide is an important inorganic compound, chemical formula for Mo03, is light yellow or light gray powder. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in concentrated nitric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, soluble in concentrated alkali. The purity is generally 99.8 to 99.99% and the melting point is 795°C. The boiling point is 1155 ℃, which is more stable in air.
